If you are not a native English speaker, you must be fluent in English. If you can speak some Chinese, that is preferable, but not a requirement.

Our clients are managers at various levels in multinational companies. So we prefer to hire mature, experienced adult learning facilitators and coaches.
If you have no business experience other than teaching English language, please do not apply. We are not an English language training school.
